Advisory Committee

Alter Acadie NB is proud to introduce the Advisory Committee for the Provincial Health Summit, which is guiding the planning of this major event to be held October 28–30, 2026, at the Université de Moncton.

This committee brings together professionals from the health, research, community, and public sectors, all dedicated to advancing equity, inclusion, and accessibility in health care, especially for 2SLGBTQIA+ and Francophone communities.

Together, they help shape the Summit’s vision, themes, and actions to build a representative space for dialogue and lasting change.

We warmly thank them for their participation, expertise, and commitment to building a more just and inclusive health care system.

Zivi Richard

Zivi Richard is a queer and non-binary clinical social worker and 2SLGBTQIA+ policy analyst at the Department of Women’s Equality. With fifteen years of experience, they specialize in preventing gender-based violence, promoting gender diversity inclusion, and supporting gender-affirming care.

Stéphanie Gallant

Stéphanie Gallant is a project coordinator at Centre Boréal and a nurse at Centre Connexion. She works to make community health services more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Sarah Morrison

Sarah Morrison is an occupational therapist with the Horizon Health Network. She is committed to promoting the well-being and inclusion of children and youth, particularly those who are neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+.

Julie Gillet

Julie Gillet is the coordinator of the Provincial Health Summit at Alter Acadie NB. A strategic communications consultant, she supports Francophone organizations in implementing inclusive, accessible, and equitable practices.

Dominique Daigle

Dominique Daigle is a senior policy analyst for Francophone Affairs at the Department of Health. She contributes to creating inclusive spaces where the needs of Francophone and intersectional communities are heard and to developing concrete solutions for equitable and safe access to health care.

Christian Blanchard

Christian Blanchard is a regional advisor in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) with the Vitalité Health Network. A former outreach worker with GRIS Acadie and executive director of Acadie Love, he has long been dedicated to promoting awareness, solidarity, and inclusion for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
