Alter Acadie NB lance Envisager notre avenir collectif, un rapport qui propose une feuille de route afin de renforcer les actions de l’organisme en matière d’antiracisme, de réconciliation et de décolonisation.
Créé par l’agence de consultation Géorgie Gagné (Communautés & solidarités) à la suite de plusieurs mois de recherche, de consultations et de réflexion, ce rapport présente une série de recommandations visant notamment à mieux intégrer l’intersectionnalité dans nos pratiques, à renforcer nos relations avec différentes communautés et à assurer un suivi transparent des engagements pris.
Ce rapport ne marque pas la fin du projet. Il constitue plutôt le point de départ d’un travail qui guidera l’évolution d’Alter Acadie NB au cours des prochaines années.
Nous organisons donc trois cercles d’imputabilité communautaires (Town Halls) afin de présenter les principaux constats du rapport, partager les actions déjà entreprises, recueillir les commentaires de la communauté et identifier collectivement les priorités pour la suite.

Alter Acadie NB is launching Envisioning Our Collective Future, a report that proposes a roadmap to strengthen the organization’s work on anti-racism, reconciliation, and decolonization.
Developed by consultant Géorgie Gagné (Communautés & solidarités) following several months of research, consultation, and reflection, the report presents a series of recommendations aimed, in particular, at better integrating intersectionality into our practices, strengthening our relationships with various communities, and ensuring transparent follow-up on the commitments we have made.
This report does not mark the end of the project. Rather, it is the starting point for work that will guide the evolution of Alter Acadie NB over the coming years.
We are therefore organizing three Community Accountability Circles (Town Halls) to present the report’s key findings, share the actions already taken, gather feedback from the community, and collectively identify priorities for the next steps.
